Tree removal in Corfu

Safe felling, done properly

Cypress, pine, eucalyptus, fig, carob and many other trees grow all over Corfu. When one dies, leans after a storm, damages a wall or a roof, or simply gets in the way of a building or a pool, it needs to come down in a controlled way.

We fell with chainsaws and, near buildings or other trees, in sections, lowering the pieces rather than dropping the whole tree. The mini excavator and the tractor with trailer then clear the wood, and stumps can be pulled out afterwards, see stump removal.

Some trees cannot simply be cut. Olive trees are protected in Greece, and trees in forest areas, protected zones or on the boundary with a neighbour may need permission or an agreement. We will tell you honestly what applies before we start.

How the job works

1. Photos and site check

   You send photos of the tree and its surroundings. We check height, lean, what is nearby and how to get machines in.

2. Plan the cut

   We decide the felling direction or the sectional approach, and mark what must be protected.

3. Fell and cut up

   The tree comes down, is cut into pieces and moved out of the work area.

4. Clear and finish

   Wood and branches are hauled away or stacked as you prefer, and stumps can be removed.
