Clear the lines, save survey time

Before you buy a plot, apply for a building permit or settle a boundary question, a surveyor (topographer) needs to walk and measure your land. In Corfu, boundary lines are often hidden under brambles, cane and olive undergrowth, and old boundary markers can be invisible.

We cut narrow, clear lines along the boundaries and to the main points the surveyor needs, so measuring is quick and does not cost extra survey days. We work to your surveyor's instructions: how wide a line, which corners and which points need access.

How the job works

1. Ask your surveyor

   Find out how wide the lines must be and which points they need. Send us the plan if you have one.

2. Walk the boundary

   We walk the boundary with you or the surveyor and mark the route.

3. Clear the lines

   We cut and shred along the marked lines and to the required points.

4. Hand over

   We tell you what we found, such as markers and walls, and leave the lines ready for the survey.
